What are your hours of operation?
ezMEDSTORE.com is opena nd available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Company customer service is open for calls and orders Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm EST. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and legal holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (VISA, Master ard, DISCOVER), Google Checkout, PayPal, money order/bank checks and personal checks. Orders are processed once payment is received. Payment by credit card is the fastest method. Payments using cashier's check are also fast.  Payments using a personal or a company check will take longer to process because the check has to be cleared before any products are shipped out.

Can payments be made with a Purchase Order (PO)?

Sure! we are happy to accept Purchase Orders.  However, you must first fax a PO on company letterhead to 301-228-3371.

What carriers do you use for shipping?
We use all the major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and a select number of freight companies for oversized items (ex. beds).

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary accrding to the item (size, weight) purchased and the type of delivery service selected during check-out. Most products have pre-defined shipping costs. On oversized or heavy items we contact the carriers to obtain the exact shipping cost.

Do you share buyer information (ex. email, address etc) with other companies ?
Absolutely not!  We don't share or sell our customer's information with any third party. First Durable Medical Supply Inc may only use customer information for the promotion of our products and services. Customers always reserve the right to remove their email address from our database.

Do I need a prescription to order items from your website?
No. There are no items on our website that require a prescription.

Is your web site secure?

Can you please send me your catalog?
We carry products from numerous manufactures, vendors and suppliers and we update our inventory daily. So, our web site is our catalog. If you are looking for something we don't happen to have, we are happy to help you find it, just call us toll free at 1-800-228-9217.

Do you offer volume discounts?

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most products ship almost immediately after your order is placed. As soon as you complete your order, our warehouse is notified to pack and ship your order.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States, no international orders.

Can I return the bath chair/stool/transfer bench ?
Sorry, due to government regulations, bath equipment is non-returnable due to infection control issues.

Can I cancel an order?
We strive to deliver ordered products quickly so we ship immediately. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed.

Can I refuse to accept the delivery, will I be credited for the return?
If delivery is refused and the package is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited the amount of the order minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Will I pay tax for my order?
Orders shipped outside of the State of Maryland will not be charged any tax. Orders shipped within Maryland will be charged a 6% sales tax.
